What ist the difference between body bliss and body love?
During the body bliss course we will focus more on strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. In body love you will learn, how to relax these muscles and release tension and trauma.
Most women will probably profit from both courses, as you often can find tension in week pelvic floor muscles and a tensed pelvic floor often causes incontinence.
If you feel, your pelvic floor is very tensed and penetration ist difficult, then body love would be the better beginning for you.
I have resistance doing the exercises, I do not wnat to do them. What can I do?
This is normal and every women experiences this during her journey. It is important to know, that you are in control! You decide in which pace you will do your practise. And you always choose the pace, that the slowest part of you is still integrated and with you.
How often and how long do I have to practise to get reults?
Of course it would be good to have a regular daily practise. But we all know… so do not stress yourself! As time goes by you will realise, that just by bringing attention to your pelvic floor and keeping your attitude you will be able to integrate this practise into your life. It becomes one. It becomes your new lifestyle.
